Skye laughed and smiled. “I blame him for the reason I’m here. He is far too charming sometimes. I probably would have changed my mind about coming if it wasn’t for him.” she said with a shrug. “Oh nah I changed my mind. Anyway, my idea of revenge was stepping on his foot.” Skye nodded a bit. “Yeah that could definitely be a good plan. Social activity…very good.”
“Yes, he is definitely charming.” Lindsay said, “That’s a trait most of the guys around here share.” Lindsay laughed at Skye’s idea of revenge, “A witch who steps on people’s foot…”, she laughed again, stood up, then pulled Skye up to join her. “Come on,” she said walking away from the table, “Let’s see who we run into next.”
When Rachel had arrived at the dance, she had instantly found a crowd of friends to sit with and a few guys had immediately asked her for a dance. After a particularly heated dance with one of the seniors, Rachel was making her way around the ballroom in search of more familiar faces when she spotted Skye and Lindsay.
“Hey girls!” she exclaimed, pulling them in for a hug when she approached them. “Have you two been having a good night? It’s crazy here tonight!”

It was nearly seven o’clock in the evening by the time Lindsay and Victoria had returned to their room from dinner in the cafeteria. Although their usual routine would be to hop onto their computers or do homework, this evening was rather different.
Wolfram & Hart was hosting their first annual…
Upon returning to the room after dinner, Lindsay nixed her usual routine and headed straight for the closet. Tonight was the masquerade ball; she would be a princess. But first she had to retrieve she and Victoria’s dresses. Walking towards the back of the closet she approached two satin garment bags hanging on a railing. She pulled them down and headed back into the room.
Lindsay noticed Victoria sitting on her bed and carried the garment bags in her direction. Victoria was holding her mask in her hands, but stood to accept her dress when she noticed Lindsay. “Your mask is beautiful,” Lindsay said, “And yes, this is certainly going to be a night to remember.” Smiling she walked towards her vanity mirror, sat down, and began to work on her hair. “How long until Rachel arrives?” She asked.
Rachel was taking a shower when Victoria had texted her saying that she and Lindsay were on their way back up to their room, so when she got out and saw the blinking red light on her phone, she panicked and quickly threw on a t-shirt and shorts, deciding she would take care of everything else later. She hurried around the room, grabbing her hair products, make up, high heels, and, most importantly, the beautiful midnight blue dress she had bought a few days prior for the occasion.
Once she decided that she had not forgotten anything, she left her room and ventured towards Victoria’s. Her wet hair was dripping down her back and her hands were full of things, so Rachel resorted to gently kicking on the door so that her friends would let her in. “Ma belles!” she called out with a smile on her face. “I’m here!”

Victoria slipped her arm around Lindsay’s as they walked out of the cafeteria and back towards the main elevators in the lobby. “Well, you know she loves to sleep just as much as you do, so I would assume she is still in bed!” The lift opened quickly and they stepped in. Soon, they had arrived at Rachel’s door and she rapped her knuckles gently. Figuring there would not be a response, she tried to turn the doorknob gently and found that it was unlocked. Victoria suspected Erica had already awoken and left for the day, so the two girls quickly entered the room.
Eyeing Lindsay, Victoria motioned that they should wake up Rachel immediately and that the best way to do so was to pile up on top of her in the bed.
Having experienced probably the most gruelling dinner experience ever, Rachel had retired to her bed the evening before to sleep for, what she hoped would be, days. Now, she was happily dreaming about a vagabond whisking her away to the open countryside of Scotland until she was rudely awakened by two bodies falling on top of her.
“What..? What the hell is going on?” Finding she was unable to move, Rachel firmly planted her face back down into her pillow and groaned as she felt the girls moving around and trying to yank the comforter off of her. As she was about to attempt clutching onto it as hard as she could, she heard a familiar voice telling her to get her ass out of bed. “Lindsay?” she asked excitedly, opening her eyes and struggling to roll over to see.
